Intranet built for the area of public participation of the City Hall of Sant Adrià de Besós (Barcelona) which becomes the fundamental work tool of the civil servants in the department. The information about resources, requests, and so on, flows freely through the intranet and, at the same time, a part of the information becomes public.
For the project, carried out through LinuxBCN, up to four levels of access have been established, with different permits to access the information and to manipulate it. The intranet system has a tool for cutting and adjusting on-line photos and for the extraction of numerous data listings in spreadsheets. The front-end is a section with data listings of the municipal entities integrated in the City Hall website.
